Keycap Collab Spotlight: Thekapco x Secondfloorneko

Secondfloorneko is the creative alias of Nikki, an illustrator from Malaysia whose art celebrates the playful spirit of cats. Inspired by their mischievous antics and her everyday encounters with them, Nikki’s illustrations blend cuteness with chaos in bold, witty visuals. As Nikki explains, “Most of my illustrations are inspired by the mischievous behaviour of cats and my everyday encounters with them. Through my work, I hope to bring a little joy and comfort to someone’s day with a dose of cuteness and chaos.” Fun fact: even though she has yet to adopt a pet cat of her own, she regularly feeds strays near her home, perhaps one reason cats continue to play such a central role in her art. Our team first came across Secondfloorneko’s work at the Kuala Lumpur Illustrator Fair 2024 and were instantly drawn to her playful, character-driven style. The collaboration felt natural, combining Thekapco’s love for design-driven storytelling with Nikki’s talent for transforming everyday ideas into whimsical feline adventures. From this collaboration came “Black Catto” and “Grocery Cat”, each celebrating the unpredictable nature of cats. Whether sneaking through neon-lit alleys or raiding the corner store, these creations capture moments that every cat lover can recognize and smile at. Celine LKW - Playground Celine Ka Wing Lau is an illustrator and graphic designer based in Hong Kong and London; She loves to illustrate bold, colourful images and witty characters.Celine's art embodies themes of warmth, humor, and endearing charm.She frequently employs vibrant colours and concise lines to bring her characters and scenes to life.he simplicity and fluidity of her lines retain intricate details and a vivid sense of expression. Her characters exude a captivating cuteness and heartwarming appeal, evoking a strong sense of kindness and affection. Tixit - Hackfight TIXIT is Illustrator from Kuala Lumpur ,Malaysia. Former animator and graphic designer , he decided to pursue his childhood dream as a illustration. The theme of his work is cyberpunk and sci-fi element ,behind the artwork give a message that represent modern day that to free your mind and body from negativity and discover your humanity. The metaphor in the art represent many feeling and thought about sanity ,technology, philosophy and moral. Juxtaposing all together his love for commercial poster and modern art. Now he's doing exhibition and convention on the monthly basis balancing with family duty too. Shop Now 3. Secondfloorneko - Grocery Cat Cats, chaos, and cuteness; that’s Nikki’s world. She’s an artist who adores drawing cats (even though she doesn’t own one yet!). Inspired by strays she feeds around her home, Nikki captures the mischief, comfort, and silly little quirks of cats in her illustrations. The inspiration came when she wanted to live a healthier lifestyle after eating too much sugary and unhealthy food. She eventually discovered that she enjoyed grocery shopping and love seeing all the colourful fruits and vegetables. Medmedmedss - Island Time Medmedmedss based in Bangkok, Thailand. Her work is mostly inspired by elements from nature—like plants, stones, animals, or even wind and waves—blended with bits and pieces from my imagination. She's love combining what she see with what she feel, and letting the two come together naturally on paper. People often recognize her work by its loose, wobbly lines; something that’s become a little signature of medmedmedss. Shop Now 5. Brain Damange - Plaything  Psychedelic. Surreal. Limitless. That’s the world of Brain Damage, an illustrator whose works are like dreamscapes splashed with neon. His art dives deep into memory, imagination, and feeling; often layered with textures and vibrant color chaos. At first glance, it’s trippy eye candy; look again, and you’ll see a reflection of freedom, curiosity, and childlike wonder. Doudle Studio - Doudle is the New Black  Doudle studio is a Taiwan-based original character brand featuring black-and-white line art and strong visual identity. Its main characters "dou dou", the black Shiba dog, and "meow meow", the orange cat, explore everyday adventures with contrasting personalities. Since 2024, doudle studio has expanded into toys and international licensing. Guji-guji - Back to Jurassic Guji-Guji tells the story of an introverted boy, Guu, and an extroverted girl, Gill. Deep down, they both long for the opposite traits, so they quietly learn from each other's attentiveness and courage, hoping to become the better me.
