Shipping policy
1. When will My Items Be Shipped?

Processing & Handling Window:
Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipping within 2-5 business days. During peak periods, this may extend to 20-30 business days. (Due to high demand during our sale, some items may run out of stock, which could extend delivery times. Thank you for bearing with us!)

Shipping Window:
Delivery is estimated at 7-14 business days under normal circumstances. During peak periods, delivery may take 15-20 business days.

Delays in Processing:
If processing and handling time exceeds the defined window, customers may request a full refund and cancel their order. Please contact us at support@thekapco.com for assistance in such cases.
2. Order Issues
- Not Receiving Order / Lost Parcel / Parcel Delivered but Not Received: Customers are responsible for handling claims of lost parcels if the issue is deemed to be caused by the courier services. Thekapco is unable to control the operations of courier services. However, please contact our customer support team if you require any documentation or assistance from us.

Delivery Failures:
Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control—such as weather conditions, customs clearance, or courier service issues—may occur. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.
3. Shipping Delays & Cancellations
- Cancellation & Refund Policy:
- Before Dispatch: Refunds and cancellations can be processed within 24 hours of placing an order if you change your mind.
- After Dispatch: No refunds or cancellations are allowed until the package is received, in accordance with our Return Policy.

Late Delivery Policy:
If delivery is delayed beyond 30 business days in total (including handling and processing periods), Thekapco will issue a full refund upon the customer's request. However, pre-order periods will not be included in the handling and processing period.
4. VAT or import tax included?
· Due to varying customs policies across destinations, we cannot guarantee whether a tax will be applied to your order. Our product prices do not include VAT or import taxes.
· We make every effort to declare reasonable value for the product. If customs require additional documentation or information, please contact us, and we will provide assistance where possible.
5. Peak Periods
- Peak Periods Defined: Peak periods include sales events or other times explicitly stated on The Kapco homepage announcement banner.
6. Tracking Details
- Customers will receive an order confirmation upon purchase and an order shipping confirmation once the order is prepared and handed over to the courier services.
7. Express Shipping Disclaimer
- Thekapco is unable to control the final speed or duration of express courier services. However, our customer support team is available to assist customers upon request via support@thekapco.com.
8. Missing Items in Delivered Packages
- If a package is marked as delivered by the courier service with evidence (based on their standard operating procedures and 17Track data), customers are responsible for resolving issues related to delivered but missing items.
